Confession: I love breakfast food. All breakfast food. But! I have never gone out to breakfast and ordered anything other than French Toast, unless it wasn't on the menu. Truth. I LOVE French Toast.

I have the belief that anything with cinnamon on it is good!

So, here's a lighter version of the best breakfast food ever!

Eggs, skim milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar free maple syrup. A quick and easy classic breakfast.

Weight Watchers French Toast

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup skim milk
  • 4 egg whites
  • 6 slices white bread
  • Pam cooking spray – butter-flavored
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • maple syrup – sugar free

How to make:

  1. In a shallow dish, mix milk, egg whites and vanilla
  2. Dip the bread slices in egg mixture, fully coating each side.
  3. Spray skillet with butter flavored Pam.
  4. Cook on medium heat until browned. Flip the bread and repeat for the other side.
  5. Place on a plate. On top, sprinkle cinnamon and add Sugar Free maple syrup. Serve immediately.
